DokiApp is a mobile and web app offering fast and simple online medical and psychological consultations to patients through live video chat. During the onset of Covid-19 in Hungary, DokiApp became essential, offering much-needed healthcare access when in-person clinic visits were nearly impossible.
Right before the launch, the client experienced issues with the product. It was crashing, and they needed someone to fix it and ensure scalability.
