We partnered with Recart to create a groundbreaking marketing automation platform that drives revenue growth for e-commerce brands through Facebook Messenger and text messages.
Recart was a greenfield project with a product concept in the beginning. The founders needed a technical partner to turn their idea into a product, find product/market fit, and deliver an MVP.
Initially, Recart aimed to win back customers through email marketing. We built and launched the first MVP, but soon realized it wasn’t the right fit for the market. After multiple iterations and pivots, we shifted focus to Facebook Messenger, allowing Recart to convert website visitors into subscribers and recover abandoned carts. This new approach quickly gained traction.
We worked closely with the Recart team throughout the entire product development process, enabling us to pivot and iterate smoothly. Our work involved building a SaaS solution using Node.js, a microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and React, moving away from Angular due to its limitations. Recart integrates with webshops via a plugin, offering business users a dashboard to track metrics like abandonment rates, campaign success, and revenue growth.
