DogGo brings dog owners and their pets together, creating a seamless way to coordinate shared walks, socialize, and build a dog-loving community. As dog lovers ourselves, realizing this project was a true passion for us.
The client needed a partner who could develop their greenfield project idea from scratch. We collaborated on simplifying the scope to release quickly and gather early user feedback setting the foundation for a successful app.
After reviewing the specifications, we scoped out an MVP that was faster to develop and easier to release. Opting for a cross-platform React Native app with Expo allowed rapid testing with the first users.
Early on, we organized on-site user test sessions, and the feedback led to a shift in the product concept, so we reprioritized the backlog and developed a new version of the product.
DogGo became popular quickly, attracting over 400 users within just two weeks of launch.
